Ride With Pride
The Presidents Run is another annual event held in smaller towns around Namibia. Due to popular demand, the event was held in Omaruru this year, the fourth consecutive year that this venue has been selected.
Funds are generated with an auction on the Saturday evening. 10% of the proceeds is donated to the Bikers Church, and the remainder given to individuals or a charity organisation that is in need of assistance.
Over the years, the funds raised during the Presidents Run have placed the Club in the fortunate position to offer assistance to various worthy recipients such as HIV/AIDS orphans and senior citizens.
